Quality Management System (QMS)

Next Health's Quality Management System (QMS) is in accordance with ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2008, BS EN ISO 9001:2008, BS EN 13485:2003 and follows all standard customer requirements. This system assures control of quality and proactive continual improvement throughout the planning, procurement, inspection, warehousing, and delivery system process.

The adoption of a formal QMS conforming to ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2008 and BS EN ISO 13485:2003 was a strategic decision by the President of Next Health. The QMS's policies and practices help to promote continual process improvement efforts throughout the enterprise. The QMS provides comprehensive evidence to all customers, suppliers and employees that Next Health is committed to a standard of excellence through its advocacy of continual improvement practices and product assurance activities for delivery of conforming products.

Next Health has adopted the process approach to its management of quality. Next Health's QMS integration with Next Health's core business processes provides an effective and efficient approach toward total customer satisfaction and a profitable enterprise.
